Voronezh locomotive repair factory (VTRZ, a part of LocoTech Group) won the regional stage of the competition "Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency". The factory became the leader in the nomination "For the Formation of Healthy Lifestyle in Industrial Organizations”.
The effective work on the organization of activities in support of healthy lifestyle of employees, physical exercises and massive sports brought VTRZ the first place. The Commission commended the plant for the impact of activities on the promotion of a healthy lifestyle.
VTRZ also took the second place in the nomination "For the Development of Human Resources in the Industrial Organizations". Selection criteria were such as human resources management by the organization, in-house training (refresher training), development of corporate culture, interaction with the institutions of vocational education.
In addition, Voronezh TRZ took the second place in the nomination "For the Development of Social Partnership in Industrial Organizations”. The factory has been greatly appreciated by such criteria as the development of social partnership and the impact of social partnership in the organization.
Voronezh diesel locomotive repair factory is the basic enterprise for repair of traction rolling stock in the European part of Russia. VTRZ - the oldest enterprise of Voronezh - was founded in 1868 as a railway workshops for repair of stream and cars. Currently the factory employs over 1.7 ths. persons.
Today the factory performs major and medium repair of locomotives series 2TE116 and TEP70. Also over the past decade, the factory has mastered middle and major repair of diesel locomotives series TEP70U and TEP70BS, equipped with microprocessor control systems, freight main-line diesel locomotives 2TE116 and 2TE116U.
Competition "Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency" has been held by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation since 2000. Its main goal is to attract public attention to the importance of addressing social issues. The project enables organizations to demonstrate an active corporate policy, achievements in human resources, policy for the improvement of working conditions and labour protection, social partnership development, creation of healthy lifestyle and other.
