The LocoTech Group of Companies summed up the results of the year. Top affiliates of LocoTech-Service LLC and JSC Zheldorremmash plants received a corporate award "Company’s Locomotive". The awards ceremony took place within the management conference dedicated to the results of the year and plans for the development of the enterprise in Nizhny Novgorod.

Prize has been awarded by Director General Yuri Degtyarev. He thanked the heads of the enterprises that showed the best results of the work last year and noted that the "Locomotive of the Company" award is becoming even more prestigious. During the year, directors of factories and branches strive to improve the quality of their work in order to gain leadership in this rating. At the same time the contribution of each responsible and effective employee is an indispensable part in the vast and complex mechanism of locomotive repair business.

Ulan-Ude LVRZ was recognized the best plant of "Zheldorremmash" for the third time in a row. The enterprise won the first prize and became the owner of the honorary "Golden Locomotive” award. Ussuri LRZ for the first time won the “Silver Locomotive". Chelyabinsk ERZ won the “Bronze Locomotive".

Among the LocoTech-Service affiliates the Western branch won the first place ("Golden Locomotive” award). "Silver locomotive” went to East-Siberian branch, and the "Bronze Lokomotive” - to the Northern branch.

The directors of plant and branch, which took the first places, Aleksey Friesen (UU LVRZ) and Mikhail Novikov (Western branch), got personal awards "For the Management Excellence”. The winners in the field of development of the production system were also awarded - Director of the UU LVRZ Aleksey Friesen and the director of the Northern branch Andrey Chtyan.

The first award ceremony of the “Company's Locomotive” prize took place in 2015. This is the highest award of “LocoTech” for industrial achievements. The contribution of each branch has been calculated on the basis of rankings, taking into account the production and economic indicators, achievements in the area of quality and personnel management.

Branches of Zheldorremmash and LocoTech-Service, recognized as the winners of the prize, are awarded with transferrable marks: 1st place – "Golden Locomotive", 2nd place – "Silver Locomotive", 3rd place – "Bronze Locomotive".
