LocoTech LLC continues to consolidate assets. Thus, TMKhS-Leasing LLC was renamed to LocoTech-Leasing LLC. The corresponding record has been made in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.

LocoTech-Leasing is a member of the assets group of LocoTech and is engaged in providing leases of equipment and locomotive traction to the largest operators of rolling stock.

In addition, Trading House TMKhS LLC has been previously renamed to Trading House LocoTech LLC and TMKh-Service LLC - to LocoTech-Service LLC.

Renaming of the companies managed by LocoTech takes place within the implementation of the programme of asset consolidation and strengthening of the LocoTech brand, bringing the names of group companies to uniformity and optimization of management and administrative decisions. It is planned that this process will be completed in 2018.

Renaming will not affect production operations and enterprise employees, no staff reductions are planned in connection with this procedure.
