The Ulan-Ude locomotive and car repair factory (UU LVRZ, part of the LocoTech Group of Companies) has signed an agreement of intent with JSC Barnaul VRZ for more than 180 million rubles. 

The agreements reached have been confirmed during the working visit to the enterprise of the director of Barnaul VRZ and the representative of UK RM Rail LLC (Saransk, Mordovia). 

Currently, within the signed agreement, LVRZ supplies to Barnaul VRZ spare parts for rolling stock: suspension brackets, car axles, traction clamps, automatic couplers, labyrinth rings, fastening washers and completing lids for the coupler. The contract is valid until the end of this year. 

In addition, it is planned to create more than 200 new car wheel pairs (NCWP) worth more than 11 million rubles from March to April. 

Also an agreement has been reached with UK RM Rail LLC to supply auto couplers and clamps in 2018. 

Ulan-Ude locomotive and car repair factory occupies a leading position among the locomotive repair factories of LocoTech. This is one of the largest industrial enterprises of the Republic of Buryatia. It performs middle-term and capital overhaul of locomotives, warranty service and upgrading of locomotives with the extension of service, repair of components and assemblies, production of spare parts, development of the new repair technologies.
