Ussuri LRZ (part of the "LokoTeh" Group of Companies) won first place in the contest "Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency" in Primorie. The company won in the nomination "For the Development of Human Resources in the Industrial Organizations".

The staff of the Ussuri locomotive repair factory was recognized as the best in the competition for the developed system of mentoring and adaptation of new workers in the workplace. The enterprise offers wide career opportunities for young professionals. In addition, the plant implements a whole range of measures in the sphere of regulation of social and labour relations.

The best enterprises of the regional stage of the All-Russian competition "Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency" were named during the meeting of the Primorsky Territorial Tripartite Commission for the Regulation of Social and Labour Relations in Vladivostok. Heads of finalist companies were presented the of gratitude papers from the Governor of Primorsky Territory by the vice-governor Pavel Serebryakov.

The objectives of the competition are to attract public attention to the importance of solving social issues at the level of organizations, demonstrating the specific examples of solving social problems, and encouraging companies to adopt positive experience in this area.

Ussuri locomotive repair plant is a member of JSC Zheldorremmash (part of the assets group managed by LocoTech LLC). The company annually repairs more than 200 sections of locomotives for the railways of Russia. In addition to the locomotives, the Ussuri locomotive repair plant repairs up to 200 units of repair kits, each of which includes six wheel sets and traction motors and one diesel generator set. In total, the plant repairs 12 series of locomotives, 9 types of diesel engines, 5 types of generators and traction engines.
