23.01.2018 | LocoTech has extended the Collective agreement with Zheldorremmash to 2019

The LocoTech Group of Companies has extended the Collective agreement with JSC Zheldorremmash to 2019 inclusive, while retaining all benefits and guarantees to employees.

AS we have informed, the previous agreement has been in effect for the 2017 only. And LocoTech has invested 391.4 million rubles for the implementation of social benefits and guarantees as per the agreement of 2016.

The collective agreement is the main document after the Labour Code regulating social and labour relations at the enterprise and the employer's obligations within the framework of social policy.

In particular, it regulates the conditions for the social support of workers and non-working pensioners, the payment of a lump-sum bonus in connection with retirement, providing material assistance and benefits, travel expenses, conditions for non-state pension provision. It also establishes the expenses on voluntary medical insurance, compensation of kindergartens and camps for children of employees, etc.

Deputy General Director for Personnel and Organizational Development of LocoTech LLC Natalia Pletenetskaya noted: "Extension of the full version of the Collective agreement is a guarantee for the staff regarding the maintaining decent working conditions. We develop social policy, corporate culture and provide our employees with wide opportunities for work, personal and professional growth".

Chairman of the United Primary Trade Union Organization at Zheldorremmash Nikolay Dankovtsev said: "We maintain constructive relations with the management company LocoTech. And we welcome the extension of the collective agreement with Zheldorremmash in full. This once again confirms our social partnership".

The extension of the collective agreement with Zheldorremmash is the stable employment of staff with preservation of benefits and guarantees for all categories of workers. The main document was supplemented with a list of local regulations - "On Employing Overtime Workers in Cases Which are not Provided by Part 2 of Article 99 of the Labour Code of the Russian Federation", "On Approval of Instructions on Labour Protection for Workers", etc.

The rest of the Collective agreement has been extended without changes, which is an evidence, first of all, of the stability of the company aimed not only at raising the level of production, but also at maintaining a decent standard of living for its employees.
